Any individual that has recieved photography goods or services, whether purchased or free of charge, automatically agrees to these terms, as a result of accepting aforementioned goods or services, and hereafter is referred to as the client. Thus the client agrees to uphold all federal and state copyright laws in regards to photographs taken and all other intellectual or actual property. The client understands that he/she is only paying for, or accepting, photographs for personal use and is not purchasing, or being given, the rights to redistribute or edit aforementioned photographs.

Personal Use denotes private, in-home display. Any form of public display or web-based display, including, but not limited to, social networking sites, must be preceded by express permission from Aidan or Bonarden, and then must show, with the photograph, the phrase: Photo by Aidan Clark / Bonarden Clark.

The client further understands and agrees that it is a violation of federal and state copyright laws to EDIT or manipulate photographs in any way, without the permission of the photographer and/or separately purchasing the rights to the property.

By accepting goods or services, the client agrees to these terms and conditions. The client understands that any violation to these terms may result in the termination of any contract for services, and may also result in legal action against the client.

All images / photos taken remain the property of Aidan Clark or Bonarden Clark.
